With 6 (six) partners who are each recognised and ranked as first class in their respective areas of practice, over 40 (forty) lawyers who are qualified to practice in Nigeria, offices in three strategic locations in Nigeria and backed by 22 (twenty-two) highly specialised support staff, we operate and are organized as a single, integrated practice, enabling us to deliver seamless legal and business advisory services to our clients.

The Firm comprises 3 (three) separate practice groups covering the broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law practice, being specifically, The Energy and Project Finance Practice Group, The Corporate and Commercial Practice Group and The Maritime, International Trade and Litigation Practice Group.

In addition to the 3 (three) practice units, the firm also operates ADCAX Nominees Limited (The Company Secretarial Practice Area), a wholly owned subsidiary which provides dedicated service in the area of company secretarial services to the clients of ACAS.

Also, we have over the years worked on diverse multi-jurisdictional transactions and have therefore built and developed good working relationships with several highly reputable law firms in various jurisdictions.
