Joy Harrison-Abiola is the Practice administrator of the firm. She handles the business aspect of the firm which includes human resources management, financial management, facilities management, protocol and other office operations. Our support and administrative team consists of about 13 highly skilled and dedicated professionals who understand that every successful enterprise is founded on strong administration. For us at Adepetun, Caxton-Martins, Agbor & Segun, Admin is not an appendage but a backbone, one of the lubricants that enables the firm function at its peak.

Joy Harrison-Abiola holds an MBA in Human Resources & Financial Management from the Lagos State University and has previously worked as the practice manager of Olaniwun Ajayi & Co. She is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
