His recent experience includes working as a core member of the team that advised the largest provider of mobile telephone services in South Africa in its bid to acquire 50 + 1 shares in a provider of GSM services in Nigeria, advising an international lending institution in its financing of a three star hotel in Nigeria, advising a Nigerian company on the expansion of its container terminal at the Export Free Zone in Onne, Rivers State and conducting due diligence on behalf of a core investor in the on-going Port Concessioning of the Lagos Ports.
