 is a Senior Counsel of the firm in the Energy and Project Finance Group. She has experience in research and practice in the energy and project finance, and environmental law sectors. She is involved in a wide range of corporate, commercial and legal compliance work for international exploration, oil service and multinational trading companies.
Donna has conducted several due diligence exercises in relation to the acquisition of interests in oil block concessions; advised on gas exportation options and processes obtainable in Nigeria, and is actively involved in legal advisory and company secretarial services to major multinational companies.
She was actively involved in client representations in the 2004 bid round of the Joint Development Zone between Nigeria and The Democratic Republic of Sao Tome & Principe. She was a member of the firm's research team whose extensive work in the year 2005 Licensing Round led to major clarification by the government in the bid process.
