Frederick has been involved in providing legal advice to multinational companies in diverse areas of the law including regulatory, corporate compliance and transactional issues. He also advised the Federal Government of Nigeria during the Port Concession Programme as legal counsel to the Nigerian Ports Authority and he is actively involved in providing legal advice to several institutional and private establishments.
