is the managing counsel in the firm's Port Harcourt office and is by the nature of his position extensively involved in the Shipping & Litigation and Commercial Law Groups.
Isaac is widely experienced in various facets of litigation ranging from maritime, oil & gas, labour, industrial & allied matters and from debt recovery, compensation cases to arbitration matters. He was in 2004 engaged by the Telecommunications, Media & Technology Department of a top South African Law firm in a specialized research project on SADEC countries. Isaac was also one of the major contributors to and a participant in the public inquiry organized by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) in July, 2004.
