John advises both local and foreign banks on a wide range of Nigerian and cross border capital market transactions, securitization issues and regulatory matters.  He is also actively involved in providing legal advice to international and indigenous exploration and production companies in respect of the acquisition and divestment of petroleum interests, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
