 is a Senior Counsel in the Energy and Project Finance Group, advising on oil and gas, project finance, general business compliance and other commercial law issues.
Olatorera is actively involved in advising several of the firm's clients on diverse transactions including negotiating, reviewing and preparing various oil industry agreements in respect of the acquisition and divestment of petroleum interests, reviewing transaction documents, rendering legal opinions, conducting legal due diligence exercises and advising on regulatory compliance. She is also responsible for advising many international companies on corporate establishments, accreditation procedures and foreign investment laws.
