 is a Senior Counsel in the Shipping and Litigation Group of the Firm representing clients in various trial and appellate courts all over the country.
Olugbenga’s experience spans banking, commercial, employment, property, debt recovery and oil spill cases. He has argued cases on property and conveyancing related matters and has successfully defended a number of Banks and subsequent purchasers in Mortgage related cases.
At different times, he advised banks and primary mortgage institutions in establishing robust and effective mortgage and secured lending structures. Gbenga is also a resource person and at different occasions been engaged by banks and other financial advisory institutions to speak at lectures and in-house trainings.
