Olujimim has advised on lending transactions and was involved in the negotiation and drafting of a trust deed, vending and underwriting agreements in respect of a US$20 million irredeemable convertible loan stock. He has also conducted extensive reviews of Nigerian tax, oil and gas and electricity laws applicable to an IOC as well as a review of joint operating agreements and production sharing agreements for regulatory/compliance purposes. Olujimi specializes in advising clients on corporate and joint venture establishments, company law and corporate governance issues and on labour matters.
