Omolara is actively involved in advising several of the firm’s clients on diverse transactions including negotiating, reviewing and preparing various oil industry agreements in respect of the acquisition and divestment of petroleum interest, reviewing transaction documents, rendering legal opinions, conducting legal due diligence exercises and advising on regulatory compliance. She is also involved in advising many international companies on corporate establishments, accreditation procedures, labour and foreign investment laws.
